AEM 6.5 Patch installation on Windows

Hello,

I am trying to patch AEM 6.5 but as per document it says 

Automatic installation

There are two different methods that you can use to automatically install Experience Manager 6.5.14.0.

  • Place the package into ../crx-quickstart/install folder when the server is available online. The package is automatically installed

 

But Nothing is happening. I stopped the Jboss service and start but no luck. Is anyone having any idea or faced similar issue.

Hi @sanjay7777 

 

Try installing the same using your package manager. Should not be an issue. 

If you still want to do it via the above step, I would recommend checking the logs to see what error is occurring to investigate further.
