AEM 6.5 how to Add System user to workflow-administrator group

I'm trying to complete a workitem programatically via workflow session using a System User but i'm getting error to add system user to workflow-administrator group, Any idea how to add System user to Workflow-administrator group

I do not know how to add service user to workflow-adminstrator. I cannot find the button

Go to http://localhost:4502/crx/explorer/index.jsp
Click on Group administration

Go to workflow admin group

Search for your system user and click on the green checkbox

What error you are getting and which AEM version you are using ? I tried using one of the AEM cloud sdk and I was able to add the test user.

Could you add a screenshot of the error which is coming when you are trying to add the user. And also capture and share the error logs if possible.

Hi @johann_lu

i just tried adding a service user to workflow-administrator and it worked for me, i did it through useradmin and created the system user through crx explorer my AEM version is 6.5.21.0.
can you try with different service pack probably
