AEM 6.5 Adaptive forms themes editor not working

Good day,

When trying to access the theme editor in AEM 6.5 (Forms > Themes > Site folder > theme) and when clicking on edit the editor does not open but instead downloads a jcr_content file.

Has anyone had this problem before or a resolve for this issue please?

This could be due to an issue with the forms add-on package so do check if the correct forms add-on is added as per the matrix[0].

Also, make sure no packages (aemds and aemfd) are in an uninstalled state under the packageManager.

This could be due to an issue with the forms add-on package so do check if the correct forms add-on is added as per the matrix[0].
