AEM 6.3: Icon fonts plugin in RTE

Hi

I need to create a new RTE plugin which can pull the custom font-icons under admin screen etc/acs-commons/lists similar to

List should show the preview of icons like it does at regular dialog level. At least a drop-down list like styles

Please let me know the better approach or any proven reference developments on it
