https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/develop/extending/extending-adobe-campaign/creating-custom-form-mappings.html

https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-0/author/personalization/adobe-campaign.html

when i submitted form through AEM to ACM then i got error com.day.cq.mcm.campaign.servlets.CampaignMetaDataServlet Could not connect to Adobe Campaign   but in ACM table insert blank row. Please let me what are the featurepack required in AEM 6.1 to ACM integration and how i can mapping  ACM fields with AEM.

Hi suneelm,

AEM 6.1 works out of the box with AC except in the case where you are working with custom forms: When using your custom template, you get the error "com.day.cq.mcm.campaign.servlets.util.ParameterMapper" in your logs. In this event, be sure to install Featurepack 6576 from Package Share. This is an issue where if the acMapping property is set to a value other than recipient.firstName, a blank value is created on the Adobe Campaign Manager side.

If the package share is unavailable on Package Share, please contact customer support and they will provide you with the package. If you aren't using custom forms however this should work out of the box.

Regards,

Alva

For this (and especially if the AEM docs do not work), your best course of action would be to file a support ticket. The documentation should work and if it does not, there is a bug. Open a ticket here:

or as a temp workaround you change the mappings (form field level) from something like "event.eventName" to "eventName".

Trying to establish integration with ACM and AEM 6.0 sp2, but the feature pack and hotfix are not available on package share. Where can these be found??
