AEM 5.6.1: Issue with page properties Dialog

Hi Guys, I hope you can help with this.

We are currently Upgrading from 5.4 to 5.6.1 and have and issue that when trying to edit the properties of a page in WCM the dialog does not display.

In the browser console there is a JavaScript error.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'xtype' of null 

in Widgets.js

This is content copied from 5.4, it is also the same on content created in 5.6.1.

Has anybody had the same same issue?

The issue was the removal of the analytics dialog tab. The parent page had a reference to this in its dialog.

If it is upgrade In case

1)   dialog as rte follow http://www.aemstuff.com/#article998

2)    dialog as tags Please define a property hideMode with types as string and value equals to offsets at your components that have xtype: tags defined.

3)    Be aware of http://blogs.adobe.com/livecycle/2012/06/developers-faq-on-cq5-5.html

Apart from this I can;t think of anything.

Hi,

looks like you have problems with Javascript in your widgets. But it's hard to give any direction, so you should contact a javascript developer.
