Is it down or I'm the only one with the problem? I was starting to think I was loosing my mind trying to update to uber-jar 6.4

Does anyone there know why this keeps going down? We've asked for root cause through our Adobe support ticket, but we've yet to get an answer.
We just rec'd this as the root cause of the issue:
Root Cause : The original issue appeared to be with NGINX web-server which had to be restarted to fix the issue however the root cause of the repeated downtime was due to expired certificates causing repeated error messages and filled up the disk space on the server.
