Adobe LiveCycle Designer: multipages management with differents header/footer

Hello everyone, I need help with multi-page management of my documents.

 

My document is dynamic, it can have one or X page (s). Depending on the number of pages I need to have a different header / footer, and I don't know how to do that.

I tried something with the pagination of the MasterPages but I can not scan all the cases. My problem is that I can have headers / footers with different heights, but you can't play dynamically with the height of the ContentArea, so I really don't know how to do that.

 

To be more explicit - I hope - I have attached HERE you a Powerpoint file of my need.
