Abstract

2020 was a year of unprecedented change. As offices closed and employees began working from home, government agencies were faced with unexpected and often daunting challenges. With 76 percent still using a mix of paper and digital processes — critical services were interrupted and delayed. Today, government leaders are prioritizing the urgent need for digital document and signature transformation to enhance both citizen and employee experiences.

Adobe FedRAMP Tailored Authorized solutions like Adobe Sign and Adobe Document Cloud PDF services are enabling agencies to address these urgent requirements. All while keeping compliance, security, and fraud prevention top of mind.

FedRAMP Moderate: Enhancing trust in document processes
Today, we’re pleased to announce that Adobe Sign is officially “In Process” in the FedRAMP Marketplace at the Moderate level. Agencies who want to extend e-signatures to sensitive processes that include the collection of more personal information, can now confidently plan on working with Adobe Sign to meet those requirements. The new Adobe Sign product will be hosted on Microsoft Azure Government Cloud — the trusted, security-enhanced cloud for government agencies. We are also partnering with Accenture’s Engineering and Product Operations team to apply industry-leading practices and accelerate time to market.
