Adobe Experience Manager Sites/Asset integration with Decision Tree

We would like to develop static pages having decision tree. Please find below example. There will be series of questions and user will be navigated to page/answer based on his choice. Tried with accordin but, looks rudimentary. Can you please share few example templates?

Appreciate in advance. Note that there won't be any calculations/expressions (just series of questions).

Using Content Fragments or Experience Fragments cannot you achieve this use case?

Appreciate your quick response. Can you please share a sample example with decision tree? 

I searched arround and didn't find any. My company is a one of the biggest customers of adobe experience manager.
