Adobe Experience manager 6.5.22.0 fix

I am the software license manager for a Dod organization.  Our Cyber Security team has an IAVM for Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.23.0 service pack/fix.  I can't seem to locate it.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
