Hello Sugney,

 

As an administrator, you can access the Admin Console to administer and manage user accounts. Are you the system administrator of your organization?

Try to login with a personal account as well as Enterprise account using incognito mode. 

You need access to the admin console to log a support case. So, I would suggest you reach out to your Adobe CSM.

@sugney - It's permission issue. Try logging in with your admin account or get the admin access to your current user.
