Adobe Certification Exam Prep Portal asking for access code

Hi all,

I'm using the official user guide to access the prep portal and can't get pass this screen:

I had no issue accessing the platform about a month ago using the same steps, account, device.

Any suggestions?

The Adobe Certification Portal is undergoing a shift with a new portal launch planned for October 22, 2024.
