Hi,

My administrator is locked

[5/21/18 15:39:10:290 WEST] 00001188 Authenticatio W Authentication failed for user [administrator] (Scheme - Username/Password) Reason: User account is locked . Refer to debug level logs for category com.adobe.idp.um.businesslogic.authentication for further details

We don't have other users, how can I unlock the administrator?

Hi,

what product and product version are you using? "administrator" isn't a default user of AEM ("admin" is).
