Adding HREFLang in the SEO tab Field section for one page

Hi Adobe community,
I had an issue with a Barbados page showing up in Canada search results. 
Reviewed the specific page and there is an SEO tab with fields that show HREFLang & HREFLang Href.

I am stumped on what format to input on these fields. Would it be "en-BB" and "www.nameofsite.com/example-page" respectively? Any input would be helpful, I did take a look on past conversations but didn't find anything specific. At the moment this is the first step in testing if this option works.

ISO standards are used to specify the language found here in ISO 639-1 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_639-1 and the region found here in ISO 3166-1 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1 using the Alpha-2 code.
