Add special character in RTE

Hi,

I have a rich text component that extends to

core/wcm/components/text/v2/text

Basically, I want to add the pbr icon to my RTE but not to sure how to do it or is it possible to add special characters that is a webfont in .woff2, woff, .ttf, and .svg format? Any help is greatly appreciated. You can link me the documentation if any. Thanks in advance!
