Hi All,

I have by mistake deleted abcxyz@techacct.adobe.com (tech account) in our Dev environment (AEMaaCS instance). It is not getting synced again. How to fix this issue? Can anyone help here please?

Thanks,

Lavanya

You can create user https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ and provide dev instance access to this user.

This user would receive an email, user can login and after that user would get sync to dev instance automatically.

Then required ACL of your dev instance you can setup for this user.

Hi @HeenaMadan - Thanks for quickly checking! I have not created this user via admin console. I was having trouble with tech account (Sample email ID: 12345678-abcd-9000-efgh-0987654321c@techacct.adobe.com). I have generated service credentials and I was trying to configure access in AEM as mentioned here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/getting-started-with-aem-headless/a...

This issue is now resolved. The user was auto synced when I checked the next day.

Thanks again!
