403 forbidden - GET request on authoring _jcr_content/root/container/responsivegrid_18847/container/*/

Environment : AEM 6.5.3

I am seeing following error in console , network while clicking on parsys to add a component on a page.

I was able to reproduce this issue on weretail sample site too.

Any help on this.

As per comments, this has been resolved in 6.5.4

Updating the SP 3 to SP4 might resolve the issue.
