I'm working on loading fonts and changing colors to customize my app using the new tools for app customization. However, I only see options for iOS and Android. Will there also be the same tools coming for a Windows app so it will look the same across device platforms?

Hi Bill, there are currently no plans to offer the same app customization tooling for Windows.
