How to use DPS Preflight app? When I log in it says we have no projects.

Just downloaded the app to iPad. Is there a step I'm missing?

Do you have any projects created in the portal?

As Neil states, you must be part of a project in the DPS Portal, and your user must have one of the permissions in the "Content" section or be the master for the account (you're in a trial.)
