Use-case:	Option to view content tree on dispatcher under /var/www/html for better troubleshooting of cache flush issues and general configuration
Current/Experienced Behavior:	No access to dispatcher apart from Splunk logs
Improved/Expected Behavior:	Option to view content tree on dispatcher under /var/www/html for better troubleshooting of cache flush issues and general configuration
