Advanced DAM folder restrictions for users

Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Possibility to configure per DAM folder/location which user groups are allowed to upload which asset types
Use-case: Restrict authors from uploading unwanted asset types in unwated locations, while keeping super users (or e.g. admins) the full/unrestricted access. 
Current/Experienced Behavior: Possibility to limit allowed asset types globally for all users
Improved/Expected Behavior: Possibility to confiure the allowed asset types per DAM folder for specific user groups
Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEMaaCS
Customer-name/Organization name: Hitachi Energy
