Prefill Service for Unauthenticated users?

Hi,

 

Can we deliver pre-filled form data to unauthenticated users?

For instance - Sarah is in the market for car insurance and browses many sites, including ABC.com. She also fills out an application but leaves the site. Later, when she comes back to ABC.com after a week, she finds the form data getting pre-populated with the information she provided earlier.

One thing to notice, Sarah has never logged in during this entire customer journey.

Can we deliver this experience using AEM's Prefill service?

this allows auto save feature which will save data for Anonymous user in AEM repo. Hope this help.

        I can see that form drafts and submissions get saved in data store for anonymous users too. Is there any identifiable information available such as visitor ID to detect anonymous user and ensure we present them the right saved form data?
