Name change

Hi All,

Actually in the adobe credential manager I added details in MY profile, I also written certification exam of adobe sites developer. the problem here is in actual legal documents my last name is 'XXXX' but while creating profile in credential manager I given as 'YYYY' is there any way to change last name.
