What all file formats does Dynamic Media support?

Hello

I would like to understand what all file formats does DM supports. I understand that DM is primarily for delivering media files like images, videos, audio etc. But can we use DM to deliver files like docx, xlx, ppt, pdf etc which are uploaded to AEM and synced with DM. Does that make any sense doing so?

Thanks

@jezwn You can refer to this for complete list : Supported file formats and MIME types | Adobe Experience Manager

The other link posted is more specific to Assets view support. But that is not complete list of supported file formats.
Also, PDFs are also processed by DM. You can refer to their thumbnail using DM generated links.

@jezwn the supported file formats are listed here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/assets-view/supported-file-formats-assets-view

Ideally, DM should only be used to serve images, videos, audios etc. as they are contained in OOTB viewers.

Documents like PDF should directly be served through AEM publisher and not DM.
