Asset dc:title localization for same asset to use in different languages

Requirement to use the same asset in different language site, Similar like tag title to be localized.

Instead of copying same asset to different language folder(ex: /content/project-folder/de /content/project-folder/de, /content/project-folder/fr) in asset admin, is there a way to localize the asset title to use for multilingual sites??

Have you tried creating that asset as a Multilingual assets?

Placing the asset on Language Master folder and then generate language copies
