Not able to create target mapping for my custom schema

Hi,

I have created one new schema(custom) in ACS instance and want to  use that as a source to trigger email/SMS. So i have tried to create target mapping for that new schema. But i am getting an error as below.

 

Is it possible to create target mapping for new custom schemas in ACS? If No, do we have any other possibilities to achieve this?

Or do i need to use profile schema as a source all the time for sending delivery?

 

Please help me on this one.

Hi Manjula,

 

Currently there is no possibility to create custom target mappings in ACS as of today. You are not supposed to send messages to another resource than profiles.

Currently there is no possibility to create custom target mappings in ACS as of today. You are not supposed to send messages to another resource than profiles.
