How to send offers directly to the offer wallet?

We need to send the offers directly to the offer wallet of our client's app instead of using Push notification or Email. Is there anyway using which we can implement this in Adobe Campaign.

This looks like inbound/unitary interactions that you can integrate on a web site. If that does not help, I'd recommend reaching out to professional services to check if they have experience with this use case.
On another hand, In 2018 there should be some new capabilities for Adobe Campaign Standard to integrate a new offer module as well as in-app messages. Though I don't have information or timeline to share right now.
