Edit a built-in template

Is it possible to edit the properties of a native or a built-in delivery template ?

I think Yes, a user with deliverability role should be able to edit.

I already have deliverability role and I can edit all templates except the native(built-in) ones, they appear as locked (read-only mode),

Is there any way to unlock these templates in order to edit their properties?

@El-Coder Anyone even admin can't edit anything on the OOTB delivery templates. All you can do is duplicate the OOTB delivery template and edit their properties.
