Help with Active profiles count and query in adobe campaign

Hi,

I am facing issues with Active profiles workflow due to which I am unable to identify the current active profiles count. Have raised the issue with Adobe support which would take some time. Is these a workaround to know the active profiles count without any help from Adobe support.

Also is there a way to directly write a PostgresSQL Raw query and fetch data from Adobe campaign, can SQL code activity help for the same?

Hi Subrat,

You can find the Number of Active profiles under Administration > Customer metrics.
