    Hi there,

    I am just trying to start out on Adobe campaign. I find that I am required to get some client console URL and login credentials from my Org Administrator or Adobe Enterprise Support.

     

    I don't even know how to get in ouch with any of those as I have surfed the internet and no one seems to be saying anything. It is very painful. 

     

    I need help.

    I am assuming your query is with respect to ACC Adobe Campaign classic.
    Please contact your org administrator or contact person for the URL and login credentials (if its sandbox or client environment ie. PROD or Non Prod).
    The login credentials should be an Adobe ID or a normal user account.
    To login to Campaign Classic, please download the Campaign Client Console and follow the steps outlined here to login.
