What are the steps to get an Adobe Campaign certification?
Is there a website with test preparation simulations?

Hi Paulo,

Acquiring your Adobe Campaign certification is a combination of study and experience. You can visit https://learning.adobe.com/certification.html?solution=Adobe%20Campaign to see the various certificates you can acquire, depending on your particular area of focus, and the expected requirements for the exam. You can click into the specific certificates for additional information, including exam guides. For example, when I pursued my certification as an Adobe Campaign Classic Developer I used the following guide, which included a link to a sample test: https://spark.adobe.com/page/dAcIMIvjrZr3S/

Hi @tonnguyen-atx,

Good to have you here in the Community Coffee Break!

One question we get asked a lot is that what’s the best practice to follow when it comes to scheduling for upgrades?

Hi @Sukrity_Wadhwa,

The best way to schedule upgrades to contact customer care and they will help get your upgrades scheduled based on available days and time slots. Upgrades can be scheduled Mondays-Thursdays during one of the following time slots:

A few other items to note:

  1. We will always upgrade your lower environments (e.g. stage) before your production environments.
  2. If you use Message Center, your Message Center instance(s) must be upgraded before your Marketing instance(s).
  3. For Hybrid-hosted customers, your Mid-Sourcing instance(s) must be upgraded before your on-premise Marketing instance(s).

Please note that upgrades are not available on Noida Holidays.

Hi Rahul,

You can find an Architecture overview in our Developer resources available at: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign/campaign-v8/architecture/architecture.html?lang=en

Along with the architecture overview, I'd recommend reviewing all of the developer resources to better understand the general principles of v8.

In regards to the future of Adobe Campaign, all I can say is the future for Campaign is bright. We are continually making investments in Adobe Campaign and if you would like insights into the roadmap, please reach out to your CSM/partner manager and we will gladly share what is in our roadmap.

Hi @tonnguyen-atx,

Appreciate you taking the time to answer our questions today! Can you please highlight some of the differences when it comes to Gold Standard and non-Gold Standard?

Hi @mynameistoocommon,

Adobe Campaign uses a stack of technologies to deliver value to our customers. The Gold Standard release was designed to ensure that our customers are using the most up-to-date versions of the stack to deliver superior security, stability, and performance.

If you are running an older version of Campaign, Adobe encourages you to move to the latest Gold Standard. This will ensure that your account is secure from vulnerabilities, as well as leveraging updated performance technology. This upgrade will also position your account for upgrades to the latest and greatest releases on the regular, non-Gold Standard track.

Thank you to everyone who participated today, I hope the information I provided was helpful. In general, I would encourage all of you to adopt a routine upgrade schedule to ensure that you are on the most secure, most stable and most performant version of Adobe Campaign. (Adobe strongly recommends upgrades twice a year)

Additionally, I'd like to share some useful resources to help you plan and prepare for your routine upgrades:

  1. Build Upgrade FAQ - to familiarize yourself with the over process and resources you'll need to upgrade: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/getting-started/starting-with-adobe-c...
  2. Release Notes - Understand the benefits you'll gain with the latest release: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/release-notes/latest-release.html
  3. Deprecated/Removed Features - Identify updates to the product that may require changes to your implementation and test plan: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/release-notes/deprecated-features.htm...
