What is differente with Client Console in v8?

Avatar

Level 6

In v7 you do everything in the Client console programm installed on your PC or Laptop.

Depending on your administratives rights, you can add operator, create schemas and workflows, and send campaigns.

But in v8 you can login via web to launch campaigns. Some people has told me, you can even create schemas on the web interface.

So what is the point of installing the client console? Is there anything you can only do on it?

Hello,

Please see the link below which goes into the specific differences between the Web UI and the Client Console.

There are several functions that are not available via the UI including data modeling functions, approvals, external accounts, etc.
