Unable to run workflow

In my adobe tool i cant able to run workflow. I try to start workflow using command prompt but it showing error.

Kindly find below screen shot. kindly give solution to fix this.

Hi Venkatraj,

You are trying to start the wfserver process which is needed in order to run workflows in Adobe Campaign. You are doing this on the server machine, so assuming this is a VM or an on-premise installation. It appears that you have configured Adobe Campaign to work with an Oracle database and it can't find the dll for Oracle. Can you locate the .dll and make sure that its location is in the path environment variable?
