How I need to know to use this feature, should I purchase a separate license from Adobe?
Hello Subramanya,
Survey Manager is a separate module within Campaign. If it wasn't purchased and installed as part of your initial contract you will need to reach out to your Adobe Account or Sales rep to purchase the module.
From there it can be installed and configured for use.
