Suppression Data Import On Adobe Campaign Classic

Hi Team,

I am in process of migration of some previous ESP(3 ESP's ) to Adobe Campaign Classic platform.

Can you help me with the correct process of how to import Suppression Data(Including Hard Bounces, Unsubscribes, Invalid Addresses, etc) on the Adobe Campaign Classic ? I need in terms of which table I should import that data into(nms: Address or nms: Recipient or should I create a new schema of suppression data liked to recipient schema). Please guide me with the correct and best approach that can be used to implement this solution around.

Also, How to update the qualification so that people who were unsubscribed on Previous ESP, still have the chance to get re-subscribed.

I would really appreciate your help on this.

    Hi,

    Hard bounces/invalid addresses go to nms:address, opt-outs go to nms:recipient.

    Re-subscribe would have to happen outside channel (e.g. website) as channel opt-out's purpose is to not receive communication on that channel.
