Seeing BAS-010063 error for Web Application

Hello,

I am seeing the following error when trying to open my web application.

BAS-010063 An error (-53 code) has occurred. Your rights do not enable you to view its details.

I only see this error when the parameter in the url of the web application has preview=true.  If I update it to preview=false it works fine.  I have tried to update the authentication setting to anonymous to no avail.  Is there additional setup I am missing for the web application?

    So, I found the solution to this.  the problem is the the IP trying to access the web application in preview mode or debugging mode needs to be white-listed.  After doing that it resolves my problem.
