OOB Schema Issue - Nms:CouponValues

Dear All, Need your help here. We couldn’t find the out of the box column values in nms : couponValues schema structure.
It is properly fetching the columns in DEV region but we are facing the issue in PROD due to this workflows are failing.

Is there a way to reload this nms schema? since it is OOB we couldn't experiment much, Please assist.

Hi @ukender , 

If this is On premise, then please see to the coupon values table ; if you have the first record with empty value. 

Also , try to regenerate the schema if you can.

Hi Ukender- You can always regenerate the schema's , but before make sure you have backed up the schema with the updated information.

Hi Adithya - Thank you, I have tried to regenerate the schema but it didn't work. Also there is no null value in the table. Is there any other way to refresh the schema? Thank you!

Hi Ukender, Yes this Null value will be used for the joins from the coupons to coupon values table.. so my guess is to remove the coupon and then regenerate the table.

Hi Adithya - Thanks for the suggestion, regenerated both coupon & couponValue schemas. Still the columns are not reflecting in couponValue schema.
Also, I couldn't find the CouponValue schema in the wizard. Please assist,.

Hi , Not much.. I could say check the versions of the build used in production and in your QA. Please raise the concern with Adobe. If possible check the .sql file which contains the couponValues table name in the DDL folder

Was the issue resolved? It would be helpful if you could please share the workaround or solution. I am also facing the same issue, build version 9032.
