Migration from an One AC instance to another AC instance

Hello,

Background:

We are currently in the middle of migrating a tenant from an existing AC instance to a new instance both hosted by Adobe but under different licenses.

As part of this migration, we want to migrate the Web applications, deliveries and recipient tracking logs associated with it. also, we are switching the domain end point to the new instance as the last step.

Question: There will be some active deliveries, which are already sent. but the existing instance will be put sleep in the next 5 days. Is there a way we can get the tracking information from these deliveries?

The already live web applications from the existing system, will be behaviour post the domain switch to new instance IP address? (Note: we will maintain the same domain and internal name of the web applications.)

Please advise.

Hi,

Tracking information will not be collected by the instance if it's not running. You can spin up another instance and point the tracking hostnames at it, then copy the data over afterward if it's important enough- Most activity occurs within hours of send anyway.

Web apps will function same as before assuming everything's the same. Would have to copy over data from old instance if you want to keep it.

Thanks,

hey Wodnicki,

Thanks for the help. can you please advise on the below?

We have an ACC instance which has 5000+ images uploaded to it. we have a requirement to migrate these images to another ACC instance.

We tried packaging and export but when installed in the new instance it's showing a' file not found' error.

Can you please advise on how can this be done?
