How to create a business unit

Hello everyone,

 

I try to check for some documentations but can't find anything in relation of this topic.

I want to create some Business Units in my instance of Adobe Campaign but can't tell where I can create those. Is it related with data schema ? Mind sharing some examples.

 

Can someone help me on this ?

Hi @thibaultb473199 ,

 

Does you instance has any Business Unit created? If yes, then look for table 'business unit' and add new BU names there.

If not, then you need create one schema where you can enter names of different 'business unit'. Also, each recipient will be associated with one business unit, so create link between 'nms:recipient' & 'businessUnit' tables.
