Folds of Adobe Campaign can not be deleted

Hi Team,

I can not delete the manual created fold. When delete, ACC would prompt a error tip like below:

seems iVisitorFolderId is lost in the xtk:folder schema

Hi,

Can you tell us how you are going about trying to delete the folder? Also do you have admin rights?

Also can you check the web logs around the time of the delete to see if we are getting any more errors that are not displaying?

Typically we've seen this issue in the past due to user rights issues or to a duplicate key error.
