Files missing

Hi All,

 

Seem to be having this weird issue of every couple of days I can no longer see the files in any of the environments folders. 

Now we tested with my colleague and he can see files on the same account that I am trying to use. Re-installing Adobe campaign is not really a fix so any advice.

Hi Ian,

 

I think you are posting this in the wrong forum. This sounds like a Campaign Classic issue. I'd recommend posting in that forum and submitting a ticket to Campaign Support.
