External Account setup for DM Delivery Activity

Hello,

 

I am trying to create an external account so I can use the DM delivery activity.  I want to be able to utilize the logs and not have to create a file extract.  When I created a Routing type and SFTP type, neither show up when I try to select them in the delivery properties tab.

 

Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Hi,

 

Set the external account's type to Routing, channel to Direct Mail, delivery mode to External.

To sftp the file: set the external account to use a post-processing workflow, or use a service provider with workflow template (less brittle).
