Error: Action on the offer

Has anyone experienced this error when trying to approve an Offer?

No changes we make to the offer seem to make a difference.

Hi,

Did you check if you have permission to approve offers? also, can you give info on where exactly you are facing this error?

Hi Raj, yes I am an Admin on our Instance.

This error comes up in the Design Environment after we try to Approve content

We have a "Refused" status on the Direct Mail offer space, which we have not seen before.
