Hi
I'm using a document as an attachment in a delivery, that will convert to a pdf with personalisation. The attachment creates perfectly well. If however, in the document, I choose to embed the fonts in the document (which you would need to do as the customer may not have the font loaded on their computer), the pdf does not generate and instead I have soap error.
Are there limitations or it there a way around this issue?
kind regards
Marc

The reason for this could be that particular font is not available on the server. You can raise a request with Adobe Support to check with Infra team on this (Tech-ops team) and get it installed the required fonts

additional answer to my own question for tracking.
So there is still an error if you choose to embed the fonts, it doesn't seem to work. The best solution is to load the fonts onto the server, do not embed them in the document. and what is important perhaps, in this case, the fonts needed to be loaded onto the frontal servers
