Embed a survey in a delivery template

Hi all,

Is it possible to embed a survey in a delivery template? This survey might include some elements such as checkbox, radio button, text box, submit button with some validations, etc. The user should be able to fill out this survey in the inbox itself and not over some web page. Also is it a best practice to do this?

In the traditional email it's not possible but using AMP it will be possible for major ISPs.

Adobe campaign added support for AMP for an email in the recent build so you can use AMP 4 Email to achieve your functionality.

Glad to know it's possible! Can't figure out how to do it though.
