Database Cleanup Errors on Deleted Recurring Deliveries

Hello,

 

We are receiving the following errors below, partial in screenshot, in the audit log of our Database Cleanup Workflow. When I looked up the 'Recurring Delivery ID' on 6/14, they showed up in nms:deliveries with a status of 'stopped'. When I looked for Recurring Delivery ID's referenced in the audit log from a week ago, the status is also 'Stopped'. Why are we getting these errors?

Hello @JordanPhoenix , 

 

We had a slimier issue in cleanup workflow with the campaign build version 9188. 

We did some test and check to verify it with Adobe support and consulting team. 

They confirmed that this is the issue in the product. 

Now we did the build upgrade to version 9349 and this issue is fixed.

If possible opt for a build upgrade, the issue should be resolved by that.
