Can you use | [pipe] in a data field

Can you use | [pipe] in a data field when uploading data to data schema?  We have a field with data that looks like this 

LOAN|cm|tacm|org|dsp|per|sal|chk|pwpc|centro|native_mmmchecking|bnr|ppc|prdacq|2022ppc|2203 .  The data is defined as a string and loads into data schema - but when we try to query the data schema it errors out when we add that field to the query. Camapign Classic 7

instead of using  | [pipe],  can you try use ~ as divider, because "~ " works on my end. 

LOAN~cm~tacm~org~dsp~per~sal~chk~pwpc~centro~native_mmmchecking~bnr~ppc~prdacq~2022ppc~2203
