Hi Community,

can anyone tell me in which table the bounce codes are stored? I'm trying to configure a detailed custom report for a customer who wants to know, how many 5.7.x bounces per delivery were generated.

    Hi,

    Are you asking about bounce emails?

    If yes, you can check in BroadLogRcp table.

    Here 5.7.x bounces per delivery were generated:

    Inactive Mailbox(soft bounce): 550 5.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Inactive MailBox, not poped for more than 6 months
