Are hot clicks based on total clicks or distinct clicks?

Hi, I've just been exploring the hot click report in AC. Does anyone know if the percentages shown are percentages of total clicks or distinct clicks? I really hope it's the latter.

Also, does anyone know if any packages can integrate into AC to give better heat mapping?
